Opened waiver for VA Tech could do their SLI test flights. ICBM club members also invited. This was the 2nd launch in February 2024 at the Dalzell field. Windy, I did not launch anything. Testing a new propellant in 24 mm motors. This is 72 AP, 5 Al. Also made some 29 mm motors for the Dec ICBM launch. Burn 1, 3 grains, Kn 300, 1.1 sec burn, 19 sec smoke. burn 2, 4 grains, Kn 300, 1.0 sec burn 17 sec smoke.

How did that work?! How does stacking motors on top in a single rocket work?
The tube is slotted or the rack is made from rods. This allows air to get in and avoisds the Krushnick effect.

1:00 Disappeared in less than 10 seconds, while fake rockets like Saturns, Spacex, etc. Take 10+ second just to clear their 100 meter launch towers😊

Nice editing. You might be able to turn off the auto focus. If iPhone, press on the screen before launch for several seconds and lock the AF.
It is off. However, apparently the focus got bumped and it was out of focus when fully zoomed in. This is a dedicated video camera, Panasonic HC-X920.
